PART-TIME MEDICAL SCHEDULER

with limited Receptionist duties. Patient Health Insurance and

EPIC EHR

Experience a must. Our practice is dedicated to improving the quality of care provided to patients. The right person for this job demonstrates professionalism, and is reliably punctual. Must have excellent computer skills, great people and patient communication skills and positive attitude. Excellent work ethic and exceptional attendance record required.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 9:00am-12:00 pm (3 Hours/Day, Total 12 Hrs/Week) Punctuality and excellent attendance required. Must have experience with Patient Health Insurance, EPIC Electronic Health Records and prior medical office experience.

Duties Include:

Scheduling appointments, conduct reminder calls, Excellent command of answering phones and promptly returning calls. Obtain authorizations and referrals, insurance eligibility check, Maintain and accurately enter data into electronic health records system, Manage patient recalls, Assist patients in completing any necessary documents/forms, Receive payments from patients, Ensure timely, efficient patient flow, Scan procedure and pathology reports into EPIC, Set up video appointments. Ideal Candidate possesses and demonstrates excellent organization and multi-tasking skills, efficiency, accuracy and ability to master time sensitive priorities/tasks, Ability to work as part of a team and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Being a part-time position, benefits are not available. CA Sick time accrual. Keeping our patients safe and workplace a safe environment is necessary, therefore, wearing a face mask at times may be mandatory. In office position; no remote work.

Pay:

$25.00 - $26.00 per hour
