Job Summary:

The Hotel Saratoga is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of front desk tasks efficiently and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Check guests in and out using our property management system Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Assist with guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Uphold all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards On the evening shift, you will be responsible for the

Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Proficient with computers; experience with hotel software is a plus Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent
