The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, upsell beverages and menu items effectively and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
• Stay updated on beverage specials, menu changes and weekly features to effectively communicate with guests.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Familiarity with POS system or similar cash register system is a plus.
• Politely collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry, ensuring compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Server in a bar and grill setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage customers positively.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail on financial transactions.
• Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change efficiently.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail with a positive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays is required
• Must be dependable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.
