Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time Server/Bartender and bring your passion for hospitality to life! In this dynamic role, you'll create memorable experiences for guests by delivering exceptional service in a lively, upscale environment. Whether mixing cocktails, serving delicious dishes, or engaging with guests, your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere. This position offers flexible days, but must be willing to work nights. We are open Wednesday & Thursay from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Friday & Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems (Square) Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments such as nightclubs or bars preferrede Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Effective time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Experience with food industry operations including serving, bartending, bussing, and host/hostess duties Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen experience is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members seamlessly Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where every guest leaves satisfied!
