JKL Bahweting Anishnabe School JKL Bahweting Anishnabe School is accepting applications for a Part-Time Special Education Bus Aide. This is a school year position with an hourly starting salary of $12.57 per hour. Wage is based on work related experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be reliable and punctual. Must demonstrate a strong desire to help children. Prior experience working with children desired. Must demonstrate enthusiasm and positive energy. Must have or be willing to train in proper first aid procedures. Must hold and maintain current CPI certification in verbal de-escalation and physical restraint (training provided by the school district). Must have a high degree of patience, tolerance and flexibility. Must be able to tolerate variable weather conditions (cold, hot, rain, snow, wind, etc.). Demonstrates good communication skills with parents and drivers and maintain professionalism in a variety of situations. Must complete and pass a criminal history background check according to applicable laws and school board policies. Must comply with all rules and regulations pertaining to safety.
