The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and willing to work collaboratively in a team environment. Applicants should be able to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weight. Previous maintenance or custodial experience is preferred, but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed are essential.
