A warm and welcoming family in Laredo is seeking a reliable, engaging, and experienced Part-Time Summer Nanny to care for their three children, ages 3, 5, and 9, throughout the summer months. The ideal candidate is energetic, nurturing, and enjoys creating fun, age-appropriate activities while maintaining a safe, structured, and positive environment. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who enjoys staying active, encouraging creativity, and helping children have a memorable and enjoyable summer.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and age-appropriate care for three children ages 3, 5, and 9 Plan engaging summer activities, crafts, outdoor play, and educational outings Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children throughout the day Assist with maintaining routines, schedules, and transitions between activities Help keep children's bedrooms, play spaces, and belongings neat and organized Provide transportation to local camps, activities, or outings if needed Encourage positive behavior, creativity, and active play Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children's day and any updates

Requirements:

Previous nanny or childcare experience with multiple children required Experience caring for preschool and school-aged children preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to create a fun, safe, and nurturing summer environment CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Must be comfortable managing multiple children and balancing different age needs

Additional Opportunity:

The family is also currently seeking additional longterm weekend childcare support. Candidates interested in picking up extra hours on Saturdays and Sundays are encouraged to apply.
