The Barn at Stoney Hills is looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to work with our Head of Maintenance to keep the property looking its best and help support guests during events. This role is perfect for retirees or anyone looking for flexible, meaningful work with supplemental income and a great team environment. What You'll Do Assist with ceremony setup and teardown (approximately once per month), including transporting and arranging chairs using a side-by-side and trailer Help direct guests to parking areas during events Maintain and touch up gravel driveways and walkways Keep the property clean and well cared for by picking up branches, sticks, and debris Serve as a backup cleaner (as needed, about once per month), assisting with indoor and outdoor cleaning and light maintenance What We're Looking For Reliable, positive, and team-oriented Comfortable operating a side-by-side and basic grounds equipment (or willing to learn) Enjoys working outdoors in various weather conditions Takes pride in a job well done and notices details Experience is preferred but not required—training is provided Why You'll Love This Role Flexible, part-time schedule (great for retirees) Light, active work in a beautiful outdoor setting Friendly, supportive team environment Meaningful work helping create memorable wedding experiences Supplemental income without full-time commitment Pay & Schedule Competitive hourly pay ($19.00
