Brewery & Taproom was founded in 2015 as Maple Grove's first and only brewery and taproom out of a passion for the taproom experience. In December of 2022, we opened our second Taproom in Rosemount. We recently opened out third taproom in Victoria, MN in May of 2025. OMNI is committed to creating well-crafted experiences that create opportunities for all sorts of people to connect. About the Role OMNI is looking for Part-Time/Seasonal Line Cook/Pizza Makers to join our team in assisting our third Taproom in Victoria, MN. This position will report to our Kitchen Manager. We are hiring for part-time positions comprised of prep, cooking, clean up, and food running. Applicants must have weekend availability. Responsibilities of Line Cook Prepping ingredients and cooking food for daily service Dough management Communicating with and partnering with other line cooks/bartenders End of day cleaning tasks/checklist completion Executing other kitchen tasks of cleaning, stocking inventory and organizing work space Qualifications for Line Cook Culinary and food prep experience Working as a team within a kitchen environment Friendly, personable and customer focused Attention to detail and hard worker Passionate about providing elite hospitality to customers Respectful team player that is self motivated Ability to work flexible hours including night and weekend shifts Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage based on experience
