PARTS & ACCESSORIES ASSOCIATE

If you know your way around a tractor, mower, small engine, or farm equipment — this is your counter. We need two dependable Parts & Accessories Associates for our Salem ag stores to serve farmers, landowners, and equipment operators who count on us to keep their equipment running.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Help customers find the right parts for ag, small engine, and outdoor power equipment Look up parts using OEM catalogs, quote prices, and process special orders Answer parts-related questions from customers and service technicians Coordinate parts pulls for the service department Handle shipping and receiving — check in, unpack, label, and stock parts Prepare outgoing orders; process cash and card sales Keep the parts area clean, organized, and fully stocked Assist with inventory counts and recommend products when helpful

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Parts sales experience required (2+ years preferred) Agricultural equipment, small engine, outdoor power, or automotive knowledge strongly preferred Familiarity with farm equipment brands and common repair parts a major plus Shipping and receiving experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills; dependable and organized Valid driver's license preferred

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
