Expected Hours:

We are passionate about powersports and dedicated to delivering top-tier service, support, and products to our customers. We're seeking a Parts & Gear Sales Associate to join our energetic, customer-focused team.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and selling parts, gear, and accessories for motorcycles and ATVs Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and support Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising Support in-store promotions and marketing efforts Keep the parts and gear department clean, organized, and presentable

Qualifications:

Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and powersports Strong communication and customer service skills Previous retail or sales experience (2 years preferred) Familiarity with Honda products is a plus Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work Saturdays Motorcycle license is a plus This is a Salary and commission job. The more you sell the more you make.
