Parts and Service writer Powersports

We're hiring a Parts and Service manager to lead our dealership's fixed operations. This role oversees daily service workflow, parts inventory, and team performance while ensuring a top-level customer experience. Strong personalities encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

Manage service scheduling, workflow, and technicians Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and merchandising Ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction Cycle counting

Requirements:

Motorcycle and Powersports experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles Lightspeed DMS experience a huge plus
