Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSAs. Follow safety protocols and report hazards to ensure a safe work environment. Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and consumables in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and perform cycle counts as required Update work orders from Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as parts are received Coordinate with Maintenance Planner and Maintenance team to fulfill material requirements. Create Purchase Requisitions with all pertinent information Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure packing slip accuracy and physically receive materials to ensure correct items arrive in good condition and free of damage Ability to process RMA's Ensure main parts room and all satellite parts rooms are clean, labeled, identified and organized Generate and revise tags for inventory needs Ensure parts available for scheduled work Duties vary by locationREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills- Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Valid Driver's License with acceptable Motor Vehicle History for business travel in company vehiclePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to quickly obtain one as a condition of employment) Maintenance or warehouse background preferred Previous experience in parts coordination, inventory management, or procurement in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAnalytical Skills:
The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Examples include critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.Creativity:
The ability to think outside the box, develop innovative solutions, and create new ideas. Examples include brainstorming, design thinking, and creative problem-solving. Working knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).PHYSICAL DEMANDS
