Parts Coordinator

We're a trusted plumbing & heating company serving Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties, and we're looking for a detail‑oriented Parts Coordinator to support our field technicians and office team. In this role, you'll manage inventory, source materials, coordinate supplier pickups, and ensure every job has the right parts on time. Responsibilities:

Source parts from multiple suppliers to meet job deadlines Stage job materials daily to support efficient dispatch Track part usage and update internal systems Manage returns, credits, and warranty claims Communicate with techs and office staff to resolve material needs Keep the warehouse organized, labeled, and fully stocked

Pay:
