PARTS COORDINATOR
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Parts Coordinator will maintain good interpersonal relationships with management, shop personnel and vendors. Detail oriented professional able to work with minimum supervision providing organizational support and good morale to the Fleet Maintenance Department. S. Must successfully pass a background and motor vehicle records check. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical before offer of employment will become final.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Expected to comply with OSHA Safety, Hazmat, and EPA procedures, complete and perform training as required. Control parts inventory at terminal shop location. Move and organize parts in bin locations as necessary. Label parts for inventory or jobs with bar codes. Perform rolling inventory of parts room, must be done weekly, with entire parts room inventoried at the end of every quarter. Follow handling of OEM and Aftermarket parts as instructed by the Maintenance Administrator. Responsible for maintenance expense accountability, using good judgment on parts and labor costs, and outside repair services. Will assist / train other employees in computer maintenance programs, and may be required to continue to learn additional computer skills such as new programs and program updates. Verify invoices for goods and services relating to fleet maintenance operations. Conduct purchase order process for parts purchases at terminal shop location. Reconcile vendor invoices and statements for terminal shop location. Data entry of invoices, work orders, parts inventory, other data entry, and filing tasks as assigned. Liaison between Fleet Maintenance Department, and Shop Cost Center. Implement a fixed schedule of inventory cycle counting. May be required to travel short distances in company vehicle to pick up parts. Effectively utilize the VMRS coding system and work with management to improve reporting accuracy. Control Tire Bank, ensure all aspects of the tire inventory program are followed and the inventory balances each day.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently, and as part of a team. Must be self motivated, and demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment, while meeting multiple, sometimes conflicting deadlines. Must be knowledgeable of Class 8 HD truck and trailer parts, components, and systems, Experience in Inventory management a must and methods of repair. Experience with DOT 406 cargo tank loading and delivery systems preferred. Understanding of DOT 406 cargo tank inspections and compliance preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of TMW Transman Fleet Maintenance Software with a desire to contribute in its progressive implementation in our company is required. Must have a Valid Driver's License and the ability to meet S. Coraluzzo Co., Inc. driving qualifications. Prefer a Commercial Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent required. ASE Certifications preferred. Certifications in industry related training preferred. Excellent salary and benefits package
