As a Heavy Duty Truck Parts Counter Sales Representative, you'll be the trusted face and voice of our parts department. You won't just process orders—you'll solve problems, offer expert guidance, and help customers get back on the road faster. Your knowledge and service will directly impact uptime for our customers, making you an essential link in their success. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online requests with professionalism and urgency. Identify and source the correct heavy-duty truck parts using catalogs, inventory systems, and your product knowledge. Provide accurate quotes, process sales transactions, and handle returns or warranty claims. Maintain organized, well-stocked displays and ensure parts are labeled and easy to locate. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements. Other job-related duties as assigned. Experience Previous dealership or retail experience in heavy-duty truck parts is highly preferred Strong knowledge of truck repair, truck service, and maintenance practices Proven skills in inventory management, stock control, and POS systems Excellent negotiation and customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse customer bases Familiarity with retail math, marketing strategies, and cash handling procedures Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers confidently Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values your expertise and enthusiasm! $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
