DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicles Provide technicians with the correct parts for customer vehicles Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock Communicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership Serve as backup to stocking clerk as necessary Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more Perform other duties as assigned
