Job Description

Triumph Foods, LLC (Triumph) is a leader in the Pork Industry, and is recognized as a top exporter of premium pork products worldwide. The Company began operations in 2006, in Saint Joseph, MO, and is producer owned. Triumph's state-of-the-art facility processes in excess of 6 million hogs each year, and features the latest food quality, safety innovations, and humane handling practices in the industry. The Company prides itself on producing the highest quality pork products found in the market today.
EDUCATION OR TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
(LENGTH & TYPE): 6 to 9 months in a fast paced service environment in a manufacturing setting; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education, training and experience. Experience in mechanical parts, inventory control, purchasing and receiving.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Use of basic math and the ability to use relevant mathematical formulas. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw a valid conclusion. Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with production, maintenance and management personnel. Must have strong customer service skills and strong organizational skills. Must be proficient in Word and Excel with the ability to download and process data. Must have knowledge of inventory processes. Must have experience with Word and Excel and inventory management system. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
MUST HAVE A RECORD OF ACCEPTABLE ATTENDANCE, CONDUCT & SAFETY. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Issue parts, put parts away on a daily basis and performing cycle counts. Complete all required documentation relevant to parts issued to specific machinery and areas. Other duties as assigned by management.

The employee is required to sit; use hands to finger; handle; or feel/hold objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; speak; hear taste and smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to climb ladders and platforms, and enter confined spaces and wear all safety equipment. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds or more.
