Job Description

XIT Paving and Construction INC. is looking for a motivated person with a clean driving record to run parts and assist mechanics in our shop. This is a full time position, 40+ hours per week. Monday thru Friday typical work week.
XIT offers competitive benefits:
Health, Dental & Vision Insurance; PTO & matching 401K. Experience with small engine repairs a plus, will also be hauling equipment from yard and jobs, so must know how to operate trailer and truck as well as how to operate skidsteers, excavator, rollers .
