You will be responsible for finding the correct part for the customer and ensuring we meet or exceed the customer's parts expectation. What You Will Do in

This Role:

Deliver exceptional customer service Answer customer questions or seek resolution to questions or concerns Help load orders into vehicles by hand, forklift and hand trucks Ensure customers are up-to-date on order status Disassemble and assemble all types of hydraulic hoses Participate in weekend work schedules as well as after-hour work as needed Audit and inventory parts to maintain inventory accuracy Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
