Job Description
About the Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established and growing company in the equipment/agriculture/industrial sector seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to join their team. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving sales growth through parts and service support. Key Responsibilities Assist customers (in-person, phone, and online) with parts identification, availability, and pricing Generate and process parts orders, quotes, and invoices Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Provide technical guidance on parts and equipment when needed Manage inventory levels, stock orders, and merchandising of parts department Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue Qualifications 2+ years of experience in parts sales, inside sales, or a related role Industry experience in agriculture, heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial parts preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge highly preferred Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computer systems and inventory software What's in It for You Competitive base salary + commission/bonus potential Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Why This Role?
