Parts Specialist

We are the US subsidiary of a fast-growing, Spanish-owned, car wash equipment manufacturer. We are looking for a self-starter that wants to grow with us. This position will be responsible, primarily for working in the Parts Department, pulling, packaging, and shipping sales orders as well as answering and responding to calls and emails from customers. This individual, may also be required to deliver chemicals to our customers. Chemical delivery may, at times, require overnight travel.

Qualifications:

A clean driving record preferred Forklift experience preferred The ability to lift 50 pounds is required Ability to speak effectively one-on-one Ability to actively listen and interpret customer needs Basic computer skills Good organizational skills Responsibilities & Duties Verify, label, and correctly store all received goods Pull parts for R&D, Production, and Fabrication Teams Assist in answering phone calls and emails from customers and distributors Creating, packaging, and shipping sales orders Reporting parts shortages May occasionally pick up and/or deliver parts in the local area Assist the Parts Manager in maintaining a clean and orderly Department Deliver chemical to local area as needed, some overnight travel may be required Other tasks as required by Parts Manager Commitments Maintain positive relationships with customers, distributors, and co-workers Be punctual, flexible, and available for scheduling Focus on quality and service Be proactive
