Parts Specialist

Family-owned, team-oriented environment Stable, long-term career opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Key Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians with parts lookup and ordering Read and interpret parts diagrams accurately Manage parts inventory and stock levels Process parts sales Perform inventory counts, bin checks, and audits Communicate order status and updates to customers Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships Qualifications Previous experience in parts sales or parts management (required) Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment parts (preferred) Experience with brands such as JCB, Mahindra, Ferris, Scag, Exmark, or Stihl is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off
