Manage scheduling and supervision of cleaning staff to ensure timely turnovers and consistent quality. Oversee laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest use. Maintain proper sanitation protocols across all areas, including floor care, carpet cleaning, and janitorial tasks to ensure a safe environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries related to cleanliness or property issues promptly and professionally. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and report maintenance needs or safety hazards. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management.
