- What You'll Be Doing
- Medical documentation:
- Process and fulfill requests for medical records, EOBs, UB92 forms, and itemized statements
- Clerical support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, indexing, and organizing documents
- Mail handling:
- Sort, track, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Claims & records processing:
- Work with claims from multiple sources and manage electronic files and work queues
- Customer service:
- Support internal teams and external partners by providing accurate and timely information
- Accuracy matters:
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is processed correctly and efficiently
- Required Qualifications (MustHave)
- High school diploma
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- Familiarity with
- medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and research information when needed
- Comfortable working in a
- fast-paced environment
- NicetoHave Skills
- Experience with
- EPIC system
- Healthcare or patient access experience
- Strong customer service background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Data entry and 10-key experience
- Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday (full-time)
- Shift starts between
- 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM
- Various departmental schedules available based on placement

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
