Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property in Burlington, VT. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include: Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy. Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance. Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed. Performing groundskeeping, snow removal, janitorial work, and maintenance of exterior and common areas. Updating the Yardi mobile app and communicating with the team about the status of ongoing projects. The work hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required. Computer and smartphone skills are required; experience with Yardi or other work order systems is a plus. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.

Pay Range:

$23-25/hour depending on previous experience.
