What You'll Do New Patient Scheduling & Communication Respond warmly to incoming patient calls and inquiries Help convert leads and referrals into scheduled evaluations Build and maintain an organized schedule that supports patient consistency and clinic flow Follow up with patients regarding appointments, scheduling needs, and next steps Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify insurance benefits and assist with authorization processes Help explain coverage, deductibles, and copays clearly and professionally Collect payments during check-in and check-out Front Office Operations Welcome and check in patients while creating a friendly and efficient front desk experience Support day-to-day clinic operations and scheduling coordination Communicate with the clinical team throughout the day to help keep schedules running smoothly Follow up with patients to help reduce cancellations and improve patient follow-through EMR & Administrative Support Enter and maintain accurate patient information within the EMR system Keep patient charts organized and up to date Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and front office support as needed You're a

Great Fit If You:
