This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, close-knit office that values teamwork, communication, and exceptional patient care. About Our Office Our practice currently has a staff of 11 team members, many of whom have been with the office for years. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment where communication and teamwork are key. We focus heavily on patient comfort and strive to create a welcoming, relaxed experience for every patient who walks through our doors. . What We're Looking For While we would strongly prefer someone with dental experience, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings strong customer service skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will be:

Friendly and patient-focused Organized and dependable Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong at multitasking and managing competing priorities A team player with excellent communication skills Schedule (days/hours) Monday-Fridays 7am-4pm Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Schedule appointments and manage a busy front desk Answer phones and assist with patient questions Support daily office flow and patient communication Help create a positive and comfortable patient experience Qualifications At least one year related experience preferred Knowledge of dental terminology preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
