JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experienced in proper telephone etiquette to include: pleasant greeting, clear speech, inviting tone, and active listening skills. You must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with a diverse group of clients, business contacts, staff and providers. Electronic Healthcare Software, Scanning, Telephone and Electronic Facsimile Coordination, Scheduling Appointments Collecting Payments and Completing Daily Ledgers Communicate care plans with patients and other providers

Organize All Documentation Monday, Wednesday, Friday:

10:00am-7:00pm (1 Hour Lunch Break), Tuesday 2:00pm-7:00pm KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES and

BEHAVIOR

Possess time management and organizational skills Team oriented Practice healthy lifestyle habits Professionalism in presentation and behavior Excellent work ethic, positive attitude and result driven is a must.
