Our growing neurologically-focused chiropractic office is looking for the right person to join our team in a Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator role. This is much more than a receptionist position — we are looking for someone who can help create a calm, positive, organized environment for patients on their healing journey. We are a wellness-centered office focused on nervous system and brain-based chiropractic care, helping people improve how they feel, heal, and function. We are searching for someone who is: Warm and personable Organized and dependable Able to multitask calmly Professional while still relatable A strong communicator Coachable and willing to grow Comfortable handling responsibility Positive and solution-oriented Able to help maintain a peaceful, welcoming environment Chiropractic experience is helpful but NOT required. We are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and character. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive seamless, personalized care from their initial appointment through follow-up. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment, coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and support clinical staff to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a dynamic and supportive setting. Responsibilities Greeting and checking in patients Scheduling appointments efficiently Answering phones and responding to messages Collecting payments Assisting with basic insurance/admin tasks Helping maintain smooth office flow Supporting the patient experience from start to finish Reinforcing office procedures and wellness recommendations Helping keep the office organized and running efficiently Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical information Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a fast-paced environment Office experience with proficiency in scheduling software and electronic health records systems Experience in a dental office or similar healthcare environment is a plus Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive attitude Join us as a Patient Care Coordinator and be part of a team committed to delivering compassionate, efficient care that improves lives.
