Patient Care Liaison Business Development Job Summary Join our team at Sweetwater Care as a Patient Care Liaison Business Development Professional and play a crucial role in driving strategic referral relationships, census growth, and market expansion across our Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Kansas market. As a key member of our business development team, you will cultivate strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, health plans, and community referral sources, while also supporting mentorship and coaching of business development staff to strengthen overall market performance. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, health plans, and community referral sources to drive census growth and market expansion Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operational leadership, to align business development efforts with organizational goals and objectives Provide mentorship and coaching to business development staff to strengthen overall market performance and support the growth of our Skilled Nursing Facilities Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to inform business development strategies and tactics Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources, customers, and internal partners Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive patient admissions Achieve or exceed established sales and revenue targets Requirements Associate's degree in a related field (such as healthcare administration, business, or communications) 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the healthcare industry, with a focus on post-acute care Strong understanding of referral academy by, healthcare sales strategy, and post-acute care Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
