Job Description
About the Role As a Patient Care Representative (PCR) , you'll be on the front lines of patient care—delivering durable medical equipment (DME) promptly, providing compassionate instruction, and ensuring each patient feels confident using their equipment. This is a field-based position that involves traveling to patients' homes and healthcare facilities.

Exposure Job responsibilities will be performed within a clinic environment or patient home. Should the employee become infected with Tuberculosis, they will report to their direct supervisor to ensure that other employees are not at risk for exposure. The employee will seek medical attention and not return to work until released by a physician. Job responsibilities will be performed in the home setting. It is possible job responsibilities would be required to be performed in the office setting. In this case, there is minimal risk for exposure to infectious disease as this position does not have direct contact with patients and/or equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering and picking up medical equipment. Setting up equipment in patient homes or facilities. Educating patients and caregivers on safe, proper use. Troubleshooting equipment issues and answering after-hours calls as needed. Completing accurate service paperwork. Maintaining serialized equipment and purchase product inventory as well as keeping the work space compliant. We're looking for a professional, patient-focused individual who works well independently in a fast-paced, hands-on role. Physical Demands Frequent sitting (while driving), walking, bending, standing, and reaching. Regularly lift/move up to 30 lbs; occasionally lift/move heavier loads. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts.
