Saint Mary's 170-bed acute care hospital is a Level III Trauma Center and offers a variety of inpatient and outpatient services. - Unit fosters a positive, patient-centered environment that is built on teamwork, compassion, and clear communication. - Staff members support one another, creating a culture where collaboration is valued, and everyone works together to provide safe, high-quality care. How you'll contribute: Performs basic patient care as delegated and supervised by an RN, including monitoring vital signs, possible blood glucose measurements, and accurate intake/output recording. Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, ambulation). Observes and promptly reports abnormal physical, mental, or emotional findings to nursing staff. Keeps patient rooms and common areas clean, safe, and appropriately stocked. Manages the tech desk; supports nursing/physician staff and department throughput. Documents care and activities per unit standards. Participates in performance improvement and required education; performs other duties as assigned. Provides direct patient care Performs specific documentation in the patient's record Maintains equipment and supplies and participates in quality assurance Communicates appropriate information in departmental and interdepartmentally Assists and participates in staff education and pursues continuing education for personal development. Applies knowledge of age-related factors appropriately to patients, utilizing appropriate policies and procedures.Why join us:

Nursing Assistant Certificate preferred.Certifications:
