Job Description

Job Title:
Patient Centricity MIPI Fellow Location:
Northbrook, Illinois (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking candidates who are eager to leverage scientific and medical knowledge to support impactful patient-centered initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization. Our team values resourceful professionals who can contribute insights, drive research, and facilitate collaboration across multiple departments to advance patient care strategies.
Responsibilities:
Assist with disease area research and contribute to Medical Intelligence and Patient Insights analyses, focusing on identifying unmet needs in disease populations and subpopulations. Collaborate within the Patient Centricity team to gather and align patient input for key projects, ensuring insights are effectively integrated into decision-making processes. Engage with internal partners, such as health economics and epidemiology teams, to incorporate diverse perspectives into research and project deliverables. Communicate with stakeholders across research and development, new product planning, medical affairs, and digital health teams to support project goals and timelines.
Required:
PharmD or another advanced science degree (PhD in scientific discipline preferred); MBA beneficial. Typically 0-1 years of previous industry or healthcare field-related experience. Demonstrated ability to apply scientific and/or business knowledge to assigned projects and understand compliance concepts relevant to the function. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams, along with effective written and oral communication skills.
