Job Type & Schedule Commitments:

• Minimum 30 hours, maximum 40 hours per week (Full-Time Flex), where few hours of work in the week can be done remotely.
• Built-in schedule flexibility within the standard work week.
• Requirement to work exactly one evening shift per week.
• Weekend flexibility to represent the practice at community health and marketing seminars.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Concierge Operations:

Enthusiastically greet patients, manage communication streams, and coordinate care workflows side-by-side with the physician.

Event & Seminar Support:

Manage logistics for educational health seminars, conduct high-vibe qualifying phone calls to registered leads, and schedule new client consultations post-event.

Inventory Mastery:

Track, order, and maintain supplement inventory and delivery to patients.

Administrative Infrastructure:

Seamlessly run patient follow-ups, keep database lists updated, and build monthly educational community newsletters via Mailchimp.

Streamlined Billing:

Execute direct subscription billing and member charges. (Absolutely NO health insurance coding or network filing is required).

Requirements & Skills:

An authentic believer and advocate for alternative medicine, holistic lifestyle practices, and natural care pathways. Articulate, exceptionally fluent English communication. (Bilingual Spanish is an advantage).

Tech-savvy baseline:

Comfortable navigating Canva, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and PowerPoint. Social media awareness (Facebook/Instagram layouts) or simple video editing skills is a plus. Active certification or field proficiency in executing blood draws (phlebotomy), managing therapeutic IV infusions, or administering medical injectables is an immediate standout plus. How to
