Look no further! Our private practice in Harrison Township is in need of an experienced dental receptionist to work closely with patients and our "toothtastic" dental team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented and efficient with their time. Experience with dental insurance verification is required. The outgoing candidate will be able to communicate effectively with patients and their team, answer the phones professionally and work well in a team centered environment. Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with other team members. Manage patient anxiety and concerns. Establish rapport with patients and their families. Organize the patient's dental information. See that the patient's dental needs are met. Demonstrate ability to independently make critical decisions affecting patients. Verifying Insurance Posting payments from patients
