Pleasant Plains Dental is focused on customer service and a great patient experience. We offer the newest technology and amenities to ensure each visit is exceptional for our patients. Responsibilities Include:
Greeting patients warmly and professionally Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance and collecting patient information Reviewing treatment plans and financial options Maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the day Providing exceptional customer service during every interaction
The Ideal Candidate:
Has dental or medical front desk experience preferred Is highly organized and detail oriented Can multitask while remaining calm and professional Has strong communication skills Is dependable, compassionate, and team oriented Understands the importance of patient experience
