Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Patient Services & Communications Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure excellent communication between patients, providers, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, has strong multitasking abilities, and is committed to delivering outstanding patient support. Key Responsibilities Distribute incoming faxes to the appropriate team members promptly and accurately Respond to patient text messages in a professional and timely manner Manage, organize, and distribute incoming emails to the correct departments or staff Assist phone operators with escalated patient calls, excluding requests specifically for management Run, analyze, and review call reports to monitor phone operations and call performance Coordinate and schedule hospital patients efficiently while maintaining accurate records Ensure all patient communications are handled with professionalism and confidentiality Support administrative and operational workflows as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, or patient coordination role preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment Proficient with email systems, scheduling software, and basic reporting tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
