If you have dental front office experience, are able to combine a positive, natural enthusiasm with a commitment to excellence, attention to detail and a genuine desire to make a difference in our patients' lives, we'd love to hear from you. We are a private practice with 1 doctor and 2 hygienists. We work 9-hour shifts (with a 1-hour lunch), 4 days a week, and have alternating 3-4 day weekends! Our Ideal Candidate would represent the practice in all areas of patient services, which includes but is not limited to: Answering the phones/replying to texts and emails Scheduling appointments Collecting payment Managing A/R, Dr and Hygienist schedule management Managing collections and preparing daily deposits Verifying insurance benefits- knowledge of out of network benefits is a plus Organize morning office huddles, team meetings, and team events Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for this position. Must be organized, detail oriented, personable, punctual, and can easily handle a busy practice. Prefer to have someone with 3+ years dental background. Knowledge of Dentrix is preferred.
