Position Overview We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage front desk operations and help create a smooth, positive experience for every patient. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a busy setting, and values a professional, service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Coordinate scheduling, appointment confirmations, and daily patient flow Respond to phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally Assist with patient intake, payments, and retail purchases (e.g., supplements or skincare) Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support efficient operations Maintain an organized and clean front office area Support a positive and collaborative team environment Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Interest in wellness, healthcare, or aesthetics preferred Prior experience in customer service, reception, or front desk roles (medical or spa experience is a plus) What We Offer A professional and supportive workplace environment Opportunities for growth and development Employee discounts on services and retail products Ongoing training and education opportunities

$24.14 - $29.08 per hour
