About the Role As our Patient Experience Coordinator , you will become one of the first and most important touchpoints in our patient journey. You help create the atmosphere, energy, and experience that people remember. You will help ensure every patient feels: Welcomed Valued Encouraged Educated Supported This role combines hospitality, communication, organization, relationship-building, and ownership. No two days are exactly the same. Daily ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience Welcome patients with warmth and enthusiasm Build genuine relationships with patients and families Create a positive and upbeat environment Answer phones and assist patients professionally Manage scheduling and appointment flow Check patients in and out efficiently Process payments and point-of-sale transactions Support new patient communication and follow-up Communication & Follow-Up Reach out to prospective patients Follow up with missed appointments Support patient retention efforts Help educate and encourage patients through their care journey Promote office events, programs, and specials Office Support Maintain organization throughout the office Assist with office projects and team initiatives Support patient education boards and office materials Help ensure systems and processes are followed consistentlyWHO WILL THRIVE HERE
