Patient Experience & Marketing Director

Mattawan Family Dentistry is a modern, technology-driven dental practice focused on delivering efficient, high-quality care with an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Patient Experience & Marketing Director to join our team. This role combines patient interaction, social media, and practice growth. You will work directly with patients while also building our presence online and in the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Experience & Case Acceptance:

• Meet with patients after exams to explain treatment and guide next steps
• Help patients understand their care and confidently move forward
• Present costs and assist with financing options (CareCredit, Cherry, etc.)
• Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
• Help maintain a productive and full schedule

Marketing & Community Presence:

• Manage and create social media content (photos, short-form video, posts)
• Maintain an active and engaging online presence
• Support community outreach and local engagement efforts
