Patient Financial Coordinator

Rooks County Health Center (RCH) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Patient Financial Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping patients understand their financial responsibilities while supporting the day-to-day financial operations within the Business Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contact for patients regarding account balances, billing questions, payment plans, and financial assistance options.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits.
• Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support front office and administrative functions as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous medical office, billing, or healthcare financial experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
