Patient Registration Clerk for ER

Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems has an immediate opening for a full-time and PRN Patient Registration Clerk in our Emergency Room Department. The Patient Registration Clerk is responsible for inpatient / outpatient registrations for MCHHS. Obtains proper patient identification, demographics, and financial information to adequately register the patient in a positive encounter. Maintains a professional image and a constant focus on providing excellent customer service to patients and families. Hours are 6 pm to 6 am, varied days. Position includes nightshift and weekend pay differential, along with rotating holiday and weekends.
