Part Time | Day Shift, 24 hours weekly, Mon,Tues,Thurs 8am-5pm Via Christi associates are eligible for tuition discounts and priority placement in select healthcare programs through our academic partnership with Wichita State University. How you'll make an impact in this role: Schedule medical services for patients with other healthcare providers for assigned patient population. Coordinate scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services. Obtain approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate. Assist with maintenance and updating of provider contact information. Ensure that all medical appointments, special instructions and patient information is entered into electronic medical system. Follow site-specific protocols and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance. What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
