Patient Scheduler - Full-time - Clinic setting

Clay Center Family Physicians is seeking a dedicated Patient Scheduler to join our team at Clay Center Family Physicians with occasional coverage at satellite offices as needed.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday -

Friday Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and manage messages.
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
• Support clinical staff with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong office skills and proficiency with computers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Highly organized and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Previous medical experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right person.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed for the benefit of the department and our patients.
