GHR Healthcare is seeking a Front Desk / Patient Service Representative for a Cancer Center opportunity in Berwyn, PA!

Monday•Friday | 8:30 AM•5:00

Temp-to-Perm Important Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year of recent front desk, medical receptionist, or patient service representative experience required Must have experience working in a medical office or outpatient healthcare setting Must be comfortable working with oncology/cancer patients in a compassionate and professional manner Strong customer service and communication skills required Must be friendly, patient, dependable, and able to handle sensitive situations with empathy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations/workflows Reliable transportation required — no dependable public transportation available to this location Must live within 30 minutes of Berwyn, PA Candidates must be interested in converting to a permanent employement Microsoft Teams virtual interview with camera on required

Responsibilities:

Patient check-in and check-out Appointment scheduling Answer incoming phone calls Outbound patient calls General front desk and administrative support

Practice Overview:

This is a Cancer Center setting, so candidates must be compassionate, patient, kind, and professional when working with oncology patients and families. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, learn quickly, and adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
