Job Description
Join The Care Team as a Patient Services Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting compassionate hospice care behind the scenes. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to help coordinate schedules, support clinical operations, and ensure patients, families, and care teams experience seamless communication and exceptional service throughout the hospice journey. EMR HCHB
(Homecare Homebase) Qualifications Healthcare scheduling or coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred Field Role Requirements Active driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy Current CPR certification as required for the roleWork Location:
