  • We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to patients, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth operations within the healthcare facility. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation. Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, insurance, and general information. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff as needed. Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing inquiries and payment processing. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient flow and enhance the patient experience. Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints promptly and courteously. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using healthcare management software and office applications. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment. Empathetic and patient-focused approach.
