CCHC Morehead City Family Practice Requirements Welcome patients and visitors, provide instruction, capture pertinent information, and collect applicable co-pays Excellent communication skills are required Medical Office Experience or an Associate degree Medical Office Technology is preferred Epic experience preferred Summary As a Patient Services Representative, you will be integral to delivering exceptional medical administrative support. This role will involve utilizing your medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology to assist patients effectively. Strong communication skills are essential as you will interact with patients and staff regularly. Join our team to contribute to a positive patient experience and ensure smooth operations in our Morehead City Family Practice.
